Job Summary
The Supply Chain Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing revenue and reimbursement data, supporting accurate financial reporting and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance across supply chain operations.
Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role supports cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence and service delivery outcomes. The position partners with U.S.-based finance, accounting and business stakeholders to ensure compliant revenue practices, strengthen reporting processes and provide actionable business insights.
What you'll do
Analyze financial and operational revenue data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for performance improvement
Validate revenue transactions and reporting to support accurate revenue recognition and financial results
Review reimbursement claims, payer agreements and contract terms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Conduct audits of reimbursement and revenue activities to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Prepare, reconcile and review revenue-related reports, statements and invoices to maintain reporting accuracy
Collaborate with finance, accounting and business partners to resolve revenue discrepancies and support timely invoicing
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that support revenue performance monitoring, forecasting and decision-making
Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights that improve revenue management processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency, compliance and financial controls
Maintain documentation and reporting standards to support audit readiness and operational excellence
What you'll bring
Experience
1+ year of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, revenue accounting, reimbursement analysis or financial reporting required
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting practices required
Experience with revenue reporting, audit processes or performance analytics preferred
Experience in healthcare, group purchasing organization (GPO) or a related industry preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required
Additional coursework or professional training in analytics, revenue cycle management or reimbursement preferred
Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders
