Job summary

Flour Pot Manila is seeking an experienced Master Bread Baker to oversee daily bread production, develop recipes, ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation, and lead the baking team under our brand standards. You will supervise bakers, supervise inventory, monitor schedules, minimize waste, ensure sanitation and food safety, and maintain proper handling of ingredients and equipment.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily bread production and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
• Develop, standardize, and improve bread recipes and product offerings.
• Lead and train bakers to maintain brand standards and efficiency.
• Monitor ingredients, inventory usage, and proper storage.
• Uphold sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bread production, including preparation, mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Develop, standardize, and improve bread recipes and product offerings.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and guide bakers and bakery staff.
• Monitor ingredient inventory, usage, and proper storage.
• Ensure proper handling of ingredients, equipment, and baking tools.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor production schedules to meet daily operational requirements.
• Minimize ingredient wastage and ensure efficient production.
