Job summary

BraveFoods Global in Metro Manila is seeking a production baker or bakery associate to support daily baking operations. You will mix, measure, and prepare ingredients, monitor ovens and mixers, follow production schedules and recipes, and adjust processes to ensure consistent quality.

Responsibilities include dough handling, forming dough, and helping maintain clean, safe work areas while supporting a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Bakers mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Prepares requisition of raw materials and other supplies needed for production.
• Monitor baking process to identify needed adjustment.
• Get information from production schedules and recipes.
• Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
• Control mixing processes and oven controls.
• Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter following recipes.
• Roll, cut, and shape dough to form dough or batter, following recipes.
