Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Bookkeeper Team Lead in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. This onsite night-shift role will lead Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconcile bank and payment records, and ensure accurate financial data within QuickBooks.

You will oversee payments via Stripe and Bill.com, guiding a small team to timely, accurate processing. You will support month-end close, assist the Finance Manager, and maintain organized digital records for audits, while upholding strict confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping or finance support experience with accurate record-keeping.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience for daily bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience reconciling customer payments and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record, maintain, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accurate records.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payments; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks; ensure current entries.
• Monitor Stripe payments; reconcile and resolve payment issues when needed.
• Oversee Bill.com workflows for vendor payments ensuring timely processing.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations, reporting, and preparing docs for Finance Manager.
• Maintain organized digital financial records for audits and reviews.
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies through coordination with stakeholders.
• Provide general bookkeeping and admin support to Finance team while ensuring compliance.
