MicroSourcing is hiring a Bookkeeper to join our team in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will record daily financial transactions, manage AP/AR, and assist with month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficient in NetSuite and MS Excel.
• Experience in AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and up-to-date records.
• Process AP & AR transactions accurately and timely.
• Reconcile bank accounts and card statements.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain the general ledger per policies and standards.
• Generate financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assist payroll processing and payroll records.
• Support finance with process improvements.
