Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City is hiring a Bookkeeper for onsite day shift. You will record and maintain daily financial transactions, process AP/AR, reconcile bank accounts, and support month-end closing activities.

The role requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, NetSuite familiarity, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You will generate financial reports, maintain the general ledger, and assist with payroll and process

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and ensure all financial records are up to date.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Generate financial reports and provide timely financial information to support business decision-making.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll-related records.
• Support the accounting team with finance-related administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements.
