Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring a Bookkeeper specialized in QuickBooks Online to manage daily client invoicing, billing, and ledger entries for a North American digital marketing client. You will ensure accuracy across invoices, reconciliations, and bank feeds, contributing to revenue integrity and financial visibility.

The role demands 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on bookkeeping in small business or service environments.
• Strong hands-on QuickBooks Online experience including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles: debits/credits, accruals, and GL.
• Experience handling high-volume transactions and daily invoicing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with finance and leadership.
• Overlapping Eastern Time (Ontario) hours for same-day billing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue daily client invoices based on digital advertising spend and pricing tiers.
• Download spend and performance reports from digital advertising platforms.
• Calculate client billings using pricing tiers and client-specific requirements.
• Reconcile billed amounts against spend and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor invoice status and support accounts receivable reporting.
• Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Import and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date general ledger with proper coding.
• Provide backup support to in-house bookkeeper during peak times.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to meet deadlines.
