MicroSourcing is seeking a reliable Senior Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations from Eastwood, Quezon City. This hybrid role involves night shifts and focuses on maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and reconciliations using cloud-based accounting platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Experience using QuickBooks daily for bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with Stripe or Bill.com preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments promptly.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Maintain financial records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor customer payments processed through Stripe.
• Handle Bill.com workflows and payment approvals.
• Assist with month-end closings and basic financial reporting.
• Keep documentation organized and up to date.
• Support finance team with bookkeeping tasks.
