Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a Bookkeeper for onsite work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will record daily financial transactions, manage AP/AR, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closes with accuracy and timeliness.

Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience, NetSuite proficiency, and strong Excel skills are required. Day shift, onsite work with competitive rewards and healthcare beginning on Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience processing AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and keep records up to date.
• Process AP and AR transactions timely and accurately.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other records.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Generate financial reports and provide timely information for decisions.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Support the accounting team with finance-related administrative tasks and process improvements.
