Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late Collections Analyst II to support analytics-driven improvements in collections. You will extract and analyse data, design automation, and run pilot tests to refine strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with the analytics team. The position requires 1+ year in analytics, a relevant degree, and proficiency with SQL, Python, R, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
• 1 year+ of professional experience in database systems and analytics.
• Business acumen for early collections and call center management.

Responsibilities

• Meet with late collections analytics manager to deliver key results.
• Extract and analyse information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes to automate/improve collections processes.
• Generate strategy changes and run pilot testing from design to implementation.
• Manage database environment, jobs and procedures.
• Monitor collections performance and explain source/impact of issues.
• Provide reports and business analysis and insights.
