Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior Late Collections Analyst to drive data-driven strategies for collections and optimize processes. You will collaborate with the analytics manager to deliver key results, extract data from databases, and develop automation tools to improve workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle), Python/R, and BI platforms, plus strong analytical and communication skills to generate actionable insights for leadership and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field
3+ years of professional experience in database systems and analytics
Proven business acumen for late collections or call center management

Responsibilities

Meet with analytics manager to deliver key collections results
Manage, extract and analyze information from databases
Create tools and strategy changes to automate collection processes
Generate champion-challenger testing from pilot to implementation
Monitor database environment, data governance and procedures
Provide reports, business analysis and insights
