Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior Late Collections Analyst to lead data-driven strategies for optimizing collections performance. You will work with the analytics manager to drive results and oversee data extraction, analysis, and tooling.

Responsibilities include automating processes, running champion/challenger tests, and managing database environments while delivering insightful business analyses to guide decisions. Hybrid work setup and competitive incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ of professional experience in databases and analytics.
• Business acumen for late collections, field or call center management.
• Knowledge of hypothesis testing and statistical tests (e.g., t-test, ANOVA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to write in technical and user-friendly language.
• Skills in R or Python programming.
• Advanced SQL (Oracle) and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet and work directly with late collections analytics manager to deliver key collections results.
• Manage, extract and analyze information from databases.
• Extract and analyze information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes that will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes.
• Generate strategy changes and implement champion-challenger statistical testing from pilot design to implementation.
• Manage and optimize database environment, architecture, data governance, jobs and procedures.
• Actively monitor collections performance, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurrences.
• Provide reports and business analysis and insights.
