Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections Support Analyst II to support analytics and optimize collection processes through data-driven pilots and strategy changes. You will work with the analytics manager, extract data from databases, and develop tools to automate collection workflows, performing champion-challenger testing from pilot design to implementation.

The role requires a background in economics/finance/statistics and at least one year in data analytics, with proficiency in SQL

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, CS or related field.
At least 1 year of professional experience in databases and analytics.
Proven business acumen for training, QA and complaints management.

Responsibilities

Meet with analytics manager to deliver key collections results.
Manage, extract and analyze information from databases.
Create tools and strategy changes to automate/optimize collection processes.
Generate strategy changes and implement champion-challenger statistical testing from pilot design to implementation.
Manage database environment, jobs and procedures.
Monitor training, quality assurance, and complaints indicators; investigate and explain source and impact of occurrences.
Provide reports and business analysis and insights.
