Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior Late Collections Analyst to lead data-driven strategies for improving collections performance. You will collaborate with the analytics manager to extract, manage, and analyze databases, and develop automated tools to optimize processes.

The role requires strong SQL (Oracle), R or Python, and BI skills, with 3+ years in analytics or late collections. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in database systems and analytics.
• Proven business acumen for late collections or call center management.

Responsibilities

• Meet and work with analytics manager to deliver key collections results.
• Manage, extract and analyze information from databases.
• Extract and analyze information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes that will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes.
• Generate strategy changes and run champion-challenger tests from pilot design to implementation.
• Manage and optimize database environment, architecture, data governance, jobs and procedures.
• Actively monitor collections performance and explain source and impact of occurrences.
• Provide reports and business analysis and insights.
