Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late Collections Analyst II to support collections strategy by extracting and analyzing data from databases and evaluating pilots.

You will collaborate with the analytics team to design tests, automate processes, and monitor performance, delivering reports and insights to improve late collection outcomes. A background in SQL, R/Python, and BI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in database analytics.
• Strong analytical and business acumen in collections.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Meet and work with late collections analytics manager to deliver results.
• Extract and analyze information from databases.
• Create tools and strategy changes to automate/improve collections processes.
• Generate strategy changes and run pilot testing (champion-challenger).
• Manage database environment, jobs and procedures.
• Monitor collections performance, explain sources and impacts.
• Provide reports and business insights.
