Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late Collections Analyst I to support collections strategies by generating, deploying, and evaluating pilot and strategy changes using database insights. You will handle ad-hoc investigations and longer-term pilots to improve recovery performance.

You will extract data from databases, create automation tools, and run champion-challenger tests, while providing reports and business analytics to senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field.
• Experience with statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
• Strong data extraction and analysis from databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analytics manager to deliver collections results.
• Extract and analyze information from databases.
• Create tools to automate and optimize collection processes.
• Generate strategy changes and implement champion-challenger testing from pilot design to implementation.
• Manage database environment, jobs and procedures.
• Monitor performance, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurrences.
• Provide reports and insights for business decisions.
