Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands on knowledge of MS Office products
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or shipping
• Willingness to work rotation shifts and adhere to a five-day in-office expectation

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from planning and booking to delivery and order closure using SAP TMS
• Drive transport planning, optimization, and proactive exception management to ensure reliable service delivery
• Manage vendor and stakeholder coordination across internal teams, customers and partners
• Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability
• Build strong engagement with regional front office teams and contribute to operational improvements
• Drive performance tracking, reporting, and KPI-based insights across operations and financials
• Translate data into actionable recommendations on cost, profitability, and business trends
• Lead process improvements and standardisation to enhance efficiency and reduce friction
• Support delivery of cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes
• Support offshoring initiatives, product training and onboarding new members in the team.
