Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on MS Office and SAP BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution and dispatch using SAP TMS, planning, booking and delivery.
• Drive exception management and process improvements to reduce disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, customers and partners for operational excellence.
• Ensure data accuracy, cost validation and timely order closure for billing and profitability.
• Support cross-functional projects and onboarding for new team members.
