• Coordinate end-to-end dispatch operations across transport modes to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, terminals, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment movements and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Meet customer service commitments through planning and exception handling.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee accessorial costs and equipment usage to drive efficiency.
