Job summary

Maersk in the Philippines is hiring a Spanish Customer Experience Team Leader to steer Landside operations, coaching a team of Landside Specialists and Senior Specialists to deliver efficient, reliable, and cost-effective execution across the transport lifecycle.

You will own KPI governance, drive end-to-end performance, and build strong partnerships with regional teams and customers. Proficiency in Spanish and English, plus Power BI experience, are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
8+ years in operations, logistics, or freight forwarder industry.
Spanish and English proficiency required.
Experience leading a team of individual contributors or team leaders.
Exposure to transformation/offshoring programs.
Experience with Power BI, automation tools, or reporting platforms.
Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Landside team to deliver operational excellence and business outcomes.
Drive end-to-end Landside performance, ensuring service delivery, controls, and issue resolution.
Own team performance through KPI management, governance, reporting and data-driven decisions.
Build partnerships with regional teams, customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement and transformation through standardization, automation, and process optimization.
Foster an engaging, inclusive environment aligned with Maersk values.
