Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Cebu City seeks a Level 3 Support Analyst to deliver technical support and troubleshooting for Retail systems and infrastructure. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex issues, monitoring systems, and providing guidance to end-users.

You will manage incidents, create problem records, perform root cause analysis, and train staff on new technologies while maintaining and testing system hardware, software, and networks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 4years of hands-on experience in a support environment providing Level 2 and Level 3 support.
• Database management - Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Queries
• PowerShell scripting
• Object Oriented and .NET Programming (advantage)
• Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
• Ability to perform advanced preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to determine computer problems and coordinate hardware, software, and/or network solutions.
• Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex computer and network problems.
• Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC and/or mainframe applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Service Request System (SRS) incident management queue.
• Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken; incident investigation and diagnosis.
• Create problem records and perform root cause analysis.
• Takes incident resolution actions to restore service to customers.
• Performs complex problem solving and assistance on diverse software applications and hardware systems for department users.
• Provides in-depth instruction and training to faculty, staff, and students on new or updated technologies.
• Performs advanced system support, maintenance, and testing; troubleshoots and resolves complex hardware, software, and network failures.
• Oversees installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, networks, workstations and related equipment.
