Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support in Cebu, Philippines, primarily during the night shift to align with US business hours. You will handle hardware, software, network, and collaboration issues while delivering high service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong problem‑solving, customer service, and operational excellence, with duties including onboarding, asset management, and incident handling across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years IT support, desktop support, or end‑user services.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Active Directory.
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues within defined SLAs.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, and Active Directory.
• Perform new hire onboarding, equipment deployment, and workstation setup.
• Support employee moves, adds, and changes.
• Respond to incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and escalate as needed.
• Maintain ticket documentation and updates.
• Coordinate with global infrastructure, network, and security teams.
