Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support in Cebu, Philippines, primarily during night hours aligned to US business times. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools, while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong problem solving, and experience with Windows 10/11, M365 apps, Active Directory, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT/desktop support or end-user services.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and M365 suite.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support for desktops and devices.
• Resolve hardware, software, network, and collaboration issues within SLAs.
• Assist with onboarding, moves, and workstation setup for new staff.
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow and close tickets to resolution.
• Support conference rooms, AV systems, and local network problems.
