Boomering Inc. is hiring a Service Desk Engineer (Level 2) for a Philippines-based day shift. Hybrid work setup, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PH time.

You’ll handle escalations from Level 1 and deliver complex technical support for clients in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore, with strong focus on Microsoft 365, Windows Server, identity, endpoints, and core networking. Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience, 2+ years at second-line or equivalent; MSP/multi-client preferred.
• - Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• - Networking troubleshooting beyond basic connectivity; works to service levels and change controls.
• - Relevant certifications such as MS-102/MD-102, AZ-104, CCNA, NSE4, VCP, ITIL 4 are a plus.
• - Admin experience across Microsoft 365 apps: Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender for Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Escalation ownership: act as primary point for Level 1 escalations and drive resolution.
• Own escalated tickets end-to-end and coordinate with third parties.
• Structured diagnosis with test steps and documented results.
• Identify recurring incidents and provide root-cause summaries.
