Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in the Philippines, based in Alabang. You will resolve tickets, manage incidents, and ensure uptime while supporting hardware, software, networking, and business apps.

The role requires 5-7 years in IT service desk, strong Windows/macOS/M365 knowledge, and Azure AD management. Hybrid work setup with 24/7 Australian-time shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in IT service desk or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server/client, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in AD/Entra, group policy, and endpoint security tools.
• Experience administering Azure tenancies – VM workloads, storage, and networking.
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls).
• Excellent communication and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across OS, software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher support tiers when needed.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, including account creation and hardware setup.
• Provide training on software, hardware, and IT best practices.
