Manila Recruitment is seeking an L2/L3 Technician to maintain IT systems, handle escalations, and ensure smooth operations. You will resolve issues across Microsoft ecosystems and train junior staff while collaborating with international counterparts.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, security practices, and ongoing process improvements, including migrations and Azure-related tasks. Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and 2–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or IT degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with foreign counterparts.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Good organizational skills.
• Advantageous MSP experience or relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex issues related to Microsoft systems and applications.
• Handle escalations from L1 support and collaborate with Microsoft support.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Windows Servers.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems and administer system updates and backups.
• Assist with migrations and document changes.
• Train junior staff and improve processes; stay current with technology.
