Qualifications
- 1.5–5 years in an MSP, managed services, or IT service-delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Troubleshooting Windows Server, LAN/WAN/VPN, and network issues.
- Experience with FortiGate or Meraki and backup tech like Veeam or Datto.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to manage multiple incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1.5/L2 technical support and troubleshoot escalated incidents.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, workstations, and network issues.
- Configure and support FortiGate or Meraki devices.
- Monitor backups with Veeam or Datto and ensure restoration tests.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and configurations clearly.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
- Communicate with clients and maintain service-level expectations.
