Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasig City is looking for an accomplished Learning & Development Manager to lead the strategic design, localized deployment, and national implementation of end-to-end learning solutions across our growing telecom-focused organization.

You will partner with executive leadership to identify capability gaps, design curricula for network engineering, field operations, and sales, and drive adoption of modern instructional design within a scalable LMS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading an L&D function, preferably in telecom or ICT.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Experience with nationwide rollout and leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a nationwide L&D strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Oversee curriculum design for technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage the LMS, certifications, and learning analytics.
• Collaborate with executives to close skill gaps and build leadership pipelines.
