Job summary

risewave consulting, inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a hands-on KYC Team Lead to run a pod of analysts within our Risk & Compliance function. You’ll own the day-to-day rhythm of the team—output, quality, and people—while coaching and escalation as needed.

You will manage workloads, sign off on high‑risk cases, lead daily stand-ups, and drive process improvements with the Quality team. You’ll also ramp up new analysts and monitor attendance, adherence, and retention risks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a KYC Team Lead or equivalent supervisory role.
• 3–5 years in KYC/AML-adjacent work.
• At least 3 years leading or supervising a team.
• Based in the Philippines with legal authorization to work there.

Responsibilities

• Own daily team rhythm: output, quality, and people.
• Manage workload, queues, and capacity to hit volume targets.
• Sign‑off on escalated or high‑risk cases requiring supervision.
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly 1:1s with coaching and scorecards.
• Ramp up new analysts and oversee performance tiers.
• Collaborate with Quality to identify error patterns and drive fixes.
• Track attendance, shrinkage, and schedule adherence with documentation.
• Monitor retention risk and address disengagement early.
• Flag operational red flags to leadership with recommended actions.
• Provide pod-level performance summaries and root-cause context.
• Coordinate with Training to close capability gaps.
