Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking an experienced KYC Team Lead in Metro Manila. You will manage a team of analysts, own pod-level SLA, quality, and productivity metrics, and act as the first escalation point for operational issues.

Responsibilities include coaching, ramping, and capacity planning to meet daily and weekly targets. You will conduct first-line reviews on high-risk cases, run daily stand-ups, and partner with QC to address defect trends.

Qualifications

• KYC team leadership experience.
• Strong supervisory background (3+ years).
• Experience in KYC processes and escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of KYC analysts; own pod-level metrics and SLA.
• Review high-risk cases requiring TL sign-off.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones with coaching based on scorecards.
