Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on AML/KYC/compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; AML/KYC qualifications preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small KYC Analysts team and manage workflow to meet CDD requirements.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support on AML/KYC issues.
• Ensure compliance standards and risk policies are followed across projects.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and internal/external partners across jurisdictions.
