Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group seeks a Korean-speaking Technical Support Representative to provide frontline support for customers using automated test systems, robotics, or semiconductor equipment in Cebu City, Philippines.

You will diagnose issues via remote tools, coordinate with global engineering teams, and ensure timely, accurate solutions in Korean and English, with scope for flexible hours to support international customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
2-4 years of experience in technical support, test engineering, or field service roles (semiconductor/electronics/automation preferred).
Fluent in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with support ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or remote diagnostics tools.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Korean-speaking clients via email, phone, or remote diagnostics.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, or system issues involving test platforms, robotics, or automation equipment.
Document all support cases, solutions, and escalation steps in the internal tracking system.
Collaborate with engineering and field service teams to resolve complex issues.
