Qualifications
- This is open for Filipino who speak Korean.
- No TOPIK certificate needed.
- Can speak Korean (no read/write needed).
- Business to conversational English acceptable.
- Undergraduate applicants are okay.
- Good communication skills are a must.
- Confident, nice and polite when dealing with foreign clients.
- Know how to assist and provide professional service to Korean guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide polite, comfortable assistance to guests.
- Assist Korean-speaking clients and guests upon arrival.
- Address concerns related to hotels, casino, and other inquiries.
- Provide water, drinks, and snacks to guests as needed.
- Assist Korean guests with game-related inquiries.
- Help guests with transportation and hotel bookings.
- Greet guests at venue entrance and extend warmth.
- Invite guests to enjoy hotel amenities and events/promotions.
- Assist guests with accommodations and special requests (food preferences).
