Job summary

Solaireresort in Manila, Philippines seeks a senior Casino Marketing and Player Development leader with 15–20 years of gaming experience and a strong track record in managing large teams. You will oversee international sales, Korean markets, and loyalty programs while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will design revenue-focused plans, develop premium programs, and mentor a high-performing team to attract premium players and produce strong returns.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in the Gaming industry.
• At least 10 years managerial experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead International Sales and Services teams.
• Prepare annual business plans identifying revenue potential by market segments; describe Marketing programs, Player Development activities and events.
• Maximize Solaire Club membership usage; develop communications plans, identify tiers, coordinate direct mail and email campaigns.
• Lead overall Korean markets for both locally based and international customers; manage the in-house Korean operations team.
• Ensure performance standards for customer service, procedures, internal audit, regulatory compliance, productivity and budgeted expenses.
• Understand regulatory issues regarding credit and junket representatives; lead a compliant, high-performance team.

• Leads International Sales and Services teams.
• Prepares annual business plans that identifyrevenue potential by assigned market segments, and describes Casino Marketingprograms and systems, Player Development activities and services, junkets andspecial events that will attain acceptable levels of revenue by key segment,and controls expenses to achieve an acceptable rate of return for investedexpenses and complimentary services.
• Maximizes the use of Solaire Club membershiplist to increase play, length of stay, and visits of targeted members;develop communications plan and identify tiers; coordinate direct mail ande-mail program including monthly newsletters, birthday cards, etc; providetickets, VIP passes, and special offers to both events and entertainment toattract target customer
• Lead overall Korean markets for both locally basedcustomers and international-based customers.
• Lead the in-house Korean operations team.
• Ensures that performance standards are achieved for customerservice, operating procedures, internal audit, regulatory compliance,productivity and budgeted expenses.
• Must have general knowledge of regulatory issues and policiesregarding credit and junket representatives.
• Understand well the Korean culture.
• Multilingual. Must possess excellent communications skills thatcan attract premium players and resolve high level complaints.
• Must beable to effectively lead a group of individual performers and develop theminto an effective team.
• Mustbe able to manage multiple objectives and tasks simultaneously and be able tocontinually assess and re-set priorities.
  

Requirements
