J-K Network Services in Pasay, Metro Manila is seeking a Korean Hotel and Casino Representative (Speaking Only) to warmly greet and assist Korean guests onsite. The role emphasizes speaking Korean with strong communication to deliver premium hospitality in a luxury hotel and casino.

Salary PHP 40,000 monthly with benefits, performance-based incentives, and regular bonuses. Onsite work with shifting schedules, opportunities for employee recognition and training are provided.

Qualifications

• This is open for Filipino who speak Korean.
• No TOPIK certificate needed.
• Can speak Korean (no read/write needed).
• Business to conversational English acceptable.
• Undergraduate applicants are okay.
• Good communication skills are a must.
• Confident, nice and polite when dealing with foreign clients.
• Know how to assist and provide professional service to Korean guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, comfortable assistance to guests.
• Assist Korean-speaking clients and guests upon arrival.
• Address concerns related to hotels, casino, and other inquiries.
• Provide water, drinks, and snacks to guests as needed.
• Assist Korean guests with game-related inquiries.
• Help guests with transportation and hotel bookings.
• Greet guests at venue entrance and extend warmth.
