Job summary

Responsibilities include managing Rewards Circle items, organizing events, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates should be able to work flexible schedules and relocate to Manila as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School graduate; University/College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration preferred but not required.
• Strong command of English; ability to read, write and speak clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Well organized with good attention to detail; capable of multitasking.
• Experience in gaming industry is an advantage; willingness to relocate to the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Enrolls new members at the Membership and Rewards counter and assists during registration and events.
• Assists with issuance of complimentary items and adheres to transaction limits.
• Organizes Promotions and events including VIP and mass gaming floor events.
• Manages Rewards Circle collection items and coordinates with other teams.
• Maintains patron database, ensures accurate information, and supports seamless service delivery.
• Ensures compliance with regulations such as PAGCOR, Data Privacy Act, AML.
• Develops business connections and refers patrons to premium teams as needed.
• Addresses inquiries and anticipates customer needs to provide personal experiences.
• Coordinates across departments to deliver unified service and exceeds targets.
