Job summary

Conduent in Pasay is seeking a Korean bilingual Customer Experience Associate to handle inquiries via calls, emails, or chat and deliver timely resolutions. The role requires strong Korean and English communication and a customer-centric approach, in a hybrid work setting with shift schedules.

You will gather data, explain policies clearly, and adhere to standard scripts and guidelines while maintaining high quality service. Relevant pre-employment requirements must be completed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in BPO as a Korean bilingual CSR is required.
• Korean native/fluent, strong English communication.
• Background in medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Complete pre-employment documents such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, COE, etc.

Location: One E-Com, MOA Complex, Pasay (Hybrid)
Shifting schedules
Type: Full-time (Permanent/Probationary)
Pay: ₱22K basic + up to ₱90k Language Premium + ₱1,500 allowance + performance-based incentives + 15% Night Differential pay

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inquiries (calls, or e-mails and chat), assess cases, and provide resolutions

• Identify customer needs & offer accurate info in a warm, empathetic manner

• Perform routine call center activities using standard scripts & guidelines

• Gather/update data & escape complex issues when needed

• Explain company policies clearly to customers

• Comply with all company policies & standards

Qualifications:

• atleast 1 year of work experience in BPO as a Korean Bilingual CSR. Background in medical, clinical, & pharmaceutical fields is as advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong communication (in both Korean and English languages) & critical thinking skills.
  Korean Language Proficiency- native level / fluent.

• Educational background: Senior High grad / 2nd year college (old curriculum)
