Prepare, cook, and assemble food according to standard recipes, portions, and presentation guidelines.
Perform food preparation such as cutting, portioning, marinating, thawing, and organizing ingredients.
Ensure food quality, taste, temperature, freshness, and consistency before serving.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, preparation areas, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, handling, and storage procedures, including FIFO/FEFO practices.
Monitor ingredient and supply levels and immediately report shortages, damages, or expired items.
Assist in receiving, checking, labeling, and properly storing food deliveries.
Minimize food waste and follow established portion-control and cost-control procedures.
Properly operate and maintain kitchen equipment and immediately report equipment defects or safety hazards.
Coordinate with Front of the House and other kitchen team members to ensure accurate and timely preparation of customer orders.
Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and kitchen checklist requirements.
Comply with company policies, operational standards, safety procedures, and assigned duties from the Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
College Graduate
Preferably with experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or the F&B industry.
Knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Must be organized, hardworking, reliable, and attentive to cleanliness and quality.
Able to follow standard recipes, portioning, and operating procedures.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to undergo training and be assigned based on operational requirements.
