Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate food items according to established recipes and kitchen standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated work station and shared kitchen areas

• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and storage procedures

• Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries, checking items for quality and accuracy

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition

• Support the kitchen team in meal preparation during service hours

• Assist with inventory management and communicate shortages to management

• Maintain a professional and collaborative attitude with all team members

• Respond promptly to kitchen orders and adjust to changing priorities during service
