Job summary

CloudEats in Pasig City is seeking a Kitchen Associate to ensure proper cooking and preparation of high-quality dishes, maintain cleanliness, and store inventory according to food-safety standards.

You will work with the commissary head and product development team to ensure SOPs are followed, perform inventory checks, and maintain equipment and systems in good condition. Training and adherence to safety guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and food handling.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols.
• Ability to record and track inventory and usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper cooking and preparation elements of high-quality dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements.
• Manage correct storage and handling of inventory across fulfillment stages.
• Coordinate with commissary head or product development team for SOPs and equipment readiness.
• Record consumption and inventories to reduce shrinkage and improve accountability.
• Participate in training related to food preparation and safety guidelines.
• Ensure staff follow CQSMA guidelines (cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, atmosphere).
• Handle other operational tasks as assigned by management.
