Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure ingredients so cooks can focus on cooking.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and clean work surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Stocking and Organizing: Unload food deliveries, stock refrigerators and pantries, and organize supplies.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace trash liners, and keep disposal areas tidy.
• General Support: Pack takeout orders, refill condiments, and follow all food safety rules.
