Job summary

CloudEats in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate/Stockman to manage our cloud kitchen's inventory, including receiving, storing and distributing supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of inventory management experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with inventory software, food safety regulations, and effective communication with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in cloud kitchen or food service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software or systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and storage regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries; store items per guidelines.
• Track inventory levels and update systems in real time.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Head to determine needs and place orders.
• Implement stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Coordinate distribution of supplies within the kitchen.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in handling food.
• Prepare regular inventory reports highlighting discrepancies.
• Work with chefs and staff to understand needs and provide support.
