Job summary

CloudEats in the Philippines seeks an Inventory Associate/Stockman to manage cloud kitchen inventory. You will receive, store, track, and distribute supplies, ensuring real-time accuracy and freshness of ingredients. The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

You will work with chefs and kitchen staff, using inventory software, and comply with food safety regulations while reporting discrepancies and shortages for management review.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; inventory cert is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory management experience, preferably in a cloud kitchen or food service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and storage regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store deliveries, inspect accuracy and quality according to guidelines.
• Track and update inventory levels in real time using inventory software.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Head to determine needs and place orders with vendors.
• Implement stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Coordinate distribution of supplies within the kitchen across stations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations for food handling and storage.
• Prepare regular inventory reports highlighting discrepancies or shortages.
