Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory management experience, preferably in cloud kitchen/food service.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in inventory systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries and store items per guidelines.
• Track inventory levels and update records in real time.
• Order supplies with Kitchen Head as needed.
• Maintain stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Distribute supplies to all kitchen stations as required.
• Follow health and safety regulations for handling and storage of food items.
• Prepare regular inventory reports highlighting discrepancies or shortages.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to support operations.
