Job summary

CloudEats is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate/Stockman to manage our cloud kitchen's inventory, including receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing supplies to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in inventory management, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of food safety; proficiency with inventory software is a plus. This role requires ability to lift items and work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory management experience.
• Experience in cloud kitchen or food service preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries, store items properly.
• Track inventory levels in real time using software.
• Place orders with vendors with guidance from the Kitchen Head.
• Maintain stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Distribute supplies to kitchen stations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and highlight discrepancies.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to understand needs.
