Job summary

CloudEats is seeking an Inventory Associate/Stockman for its cloud kitchen in Cavite. The role focuses on receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing supplies and ingredients to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of inventory management experience, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with inventory software, to ensure real-time accuracy and waste minimization in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in a cloud kitchen or food service environment.
• Proficient in inventory management software or systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality, and properly store items according to guidelines.
• Regularly track and update inventory levels using inventory management software or systems, ensuring real-time accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Head to determine inventory needs and place orders with vendors as required.
• Implement and maintain a stock rotation system to minimize waste and ensure the freshness of ingredients.
• Coordinate the distribution of supplies and ingredients within the kitchen, ensuring that all stations have what they need.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items.
• Prepare regular inventory reports, highlighting any discrepancies, shortages, or other issues for management review.
• Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to understand their needs and support them as needed.
