The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and at least 3 years’ leadership experience, with strong organizational and decision-making skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel and restaurant management, culinary arts, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, food costing, and menu costing.
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned to Tong Yang SM Zamboanga.
