Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, food costing, and menu costing.
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Willing to work on-site and flexible, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to start immediately and be assigned to Tong Yang SM Cebu.
