Job Description

A Kitchen Crew Member is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a kitchen by assisting chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with chopping, slicing, dicing, and other basic food prep tasks.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking and assembling dishes.
• Cook and assemble meals under the guidance of a chef or kitchen manager.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils, equipment, countertops, and cooking areas.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and above
• At least High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High
