Overview

A Kitchen Crew member is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. They work as part of a team to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation & cooking: Assist in preparing ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats, etc.). Cook or assemble dishes following company recipes and food safety guidelines. Ensure food is cooked and presented properly before serving.
• Cleaning & sanitation: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas, cooking stations, and storage areas. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food hygiene standards.
• Stock & inventory management: Assist in checking and stocking kitchen supplies and ingredients. Report low stock levels or expired items to the kitchen supervisor.
• Teamwork & kitchen support: Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow. Assist in plating and packaging food for customers. Follow instructions from chefs or supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays
• Physically fit
• With valid original barangay and police clearance
• Good with customer service is an edge
• Detail-oriented, and good with customers
